Astros Minor League Recap: September 25th

AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (2-0) won 5-2 (BOX SCORE)

Sugar Land got on the board in the 2nd inning on a Leon 2 run HR to go up 2-0. The offense got 2 more runs in the 3rd inning on back to back homers from Cabbage and Hummel. Ullola, who made the emergency start with the scratch of Gusto, pitched really well tossing 4 scoreless innings with 5 strikeouts. The pen allowed a couple of runs as Reno made it a 4-2 game. Whitley tossed a scoreless 7th and in the bottom of the inning, Cabbage added a sac fly to make it 5-2. The bullpen closed it out the rest of the way as Sugar Land won the Pacific Coast League Championship!

Note: Ullula struck out 182 batters in 134.1 innings this season.
