NOTES:
Ochoa, the Astros 11th round pick from 2023, was having a great 2026 season before an injury caused him to miss the remainder. The Astros sent him to the Arizona Fall League and he has had some highs so far. Despite hitting just .200, he’s connected on a double, 2 triples, 2 home runs and 9 runs batted in.
Monistere was another draftee that got off to a good start in 2026 but had a setback with the injury. Now healthy, he’s getting a chance to play in the AFL and is performing well. Over 11 games, Monistere has a .276 batting average while hitting 2 doubles, 2 home runs and stealing 2 bases.
Dixon was drafted way back in the 2023 draft and has only logged 7.1 professional innings due to injury. Like the others, he is healthy and now has a chance to show what he can do. He’s off to a dominant start in the AFL tossing 8 scoreless innings with 13 strikeouts while topping out near 100 mph.
