AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (67-63) won 5-1 (BOX SCORE)
Nezuh started for Sugar Land and allowed 1 run over 1.1 innings. The offense got on the board in the 3rd inning on a Brooks sac fly and Ferreras RBI single. The offense got another run in the 6th inning on a Brooks RBI double and one in the 7th on a Dezenzo solo home run. In the 9th inning, Biggio connected on a solo home run. The bullpen was great tossing 7.2 scoreless innings as they closed out the 5-1 win.
Note: Ferreras is hitting .318 in Triple-A.

The Hooks got on the board in the first inning on a Schiavone 3 run home run. They got 3 more runs in the 2nd inning on an Austin RBI single, run on a balk and Janek groundout. DeVos got the start and went 2.1 innings allowing 3 runs, 2 earned. In the 6th inning, Nunez connected on a solo home run to extend the lead. The Hooks took a 7-3 lead into the 9th but Marrero allowed 4 runs as the Sod Poodles tied it. The game went to extras and in the 10th Whitaker connected on a sac fly. Torres would allowed 2 runs in the bottom of the 10th as the Sod Poodles walked it off.

Oakes got the start for Asheville and went 3 innings allowing 4 runs. The offense got on the board in the 6th inning on a Neyens 2 run home run. In the 7th the offense rallied for 5 runs on a Newman 2 run single, a run on a balk and bases loaded walks to Garcia and Daudet. The pen allowed a few more runs and in the 9th, the Keys walked it off as Asheville fell 8-7.

They got another run in the 4th inning on a Luciano solo home run. In the 7th the Woodpeckers rallied for 3 runs on a Ramirez 2 run double and a run scoring on a Hughes single and error. The bullpen was solid tossing 5 scoreless innings as they closed out the 5-4 win.
