AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (3-3) won 7-1 (BOX SCORE)

Gordon got the start for Sugar Land and pitched really well tossing 5.1 scoreless innings with 4 strikeouts. The offense got on the board in the 5th on a Matthews RBI triple. In the 6th, Whitcomb connected on a solo homerun. Price extended the lead with an RBI double in the 7th and Whitcomb connected on another solo HR in the 8th to make it 4-0. In the 9th, Bastidas added some insurance with a 3 run HR. The bullpen closed it out as Sugar Land won 7-1.

Note: Gordon has a 0.87 ERA this season.
