Here is the previous day’s recap.

AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (92-56) lost 3-1 (BOX SCORE)

Gordon got the start for Sugar Land and was solid allowing 2 runs over 6.2 innings while striking out 7. The offense got on the board in the 7th inning on a Melton solo HR. The pen allowed another run and the offense was quiet the rest of the way as Sugar Land fell 3-1.

Note: Gordon has a 3.94 ERA this season.
