AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (7-8) won 7-0 (BOX SCORE)
Ullola started for Sugar Land and went 2.1 scoreless innings with 3 strikeouts. He was relieved by Whitley who struck out the 2 batters he faced. The offense got on the board in the 3rd on a Short solo HR, Corona RBI double and Price grand slam to go up 6-0. In the 4th, Matthews added a bases loaded walk. Ivey tossed 5 no-hit innings in relief and Hernandez tossed a scoreless 9th inning as Sugar Land won 7-0.

Nezuh got the start for the Hooks but struggled allowing 4 runs, 2 earned, over 2.2 innings. He was relieved by Torres who allowed 3 runs, 2 earned, over 2.2 innings. Santa pitched in relief allowing 1 run over 2 innings with 2 strikeouts. The Hooks offense struggled only scoring a run on a balk in the 8th and another in the 9th on a wild pitcher as they fell 8-2.

Brito got the start and pitched well striking out 6 over 3.2 scoreless innings. Austin put Asheville on the board with a solo HR in the 2nd inning. In the 3rd, they got another run on a Nunez RBI single. The offense rallied for 3 more runs in the 6th on a Fisher RBI single and Bush 2 run single. Gonzalez added some insurance in the 7th with a 2 run single. Bush added a solo HR in the 8th. The pen allowed a couple of runs but held on for the 8-2 win.

Rodriguez got the start and was solid tossing 4 scoreless innings with 4 strikeouts. He was relieved by Smith who tossed 3 scoreless innings. The offense got 2 more in the 9th on a Brutcher sac fly and Schiavone RBI single. Almonte closed it out with 2 scoreless innings as the Woodpeckers won 6-0.
