According to a report from Michael Schwab, the Astros are calling up prospect, Zach Dezenzo.
Dezenzo was the Astros 12th round pick in the 2022 draft out of Ohio State. This year Dezenzo is hitting .306 with 13 doubles, 6 homers, 25 runs batted in over 38 games. Though in Triple-A, he is slashing .391/.472/.739 with 4 doubles 4 homers over 11 games.
The right-handed hitter has some big time power, and still has plenty of room to improve his game too. He has played third base and first base in the minors.
