Astros Minor League Recap: April 4th

Another day of minor league action is in the books. See the results below.

AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (2-2) lost 6-3 (BOX SCORE)

France started for Sugar Land and despite having some good velocity numbers on the night, he allowed 2 runs and 3 walks over 1.2 innings. After Davis tossed 1.1 scoreless innings, Tamarez came in and allowed 3 runs in the 4th. Sugar Land responded with 2 runs in the bottom of the inning on a Perez 2 run double. They got another run in the 5th on a Matijevic RBI single. Round Rock picked up an insurance run in the 7th and the Sugar Land offense was unable to respond as they fell 6-3.
