Astros Minor League Recap: May 31st, 2021

Another day of minor league baseball is in the books and you can see all the Astros affiliates results below.

AAA: Sugar Land Skeeters (16-6) won 3-2 (BOX SCORE)

Conine started for the Skeeters and had another good outing tossing 5.2 innings allowing just 1 earned run. Sierra put the Skeeters on the board in the 2nd with an RBI double. In the bottom of the 5th, Siri came through with a 2 run double to take a 3-2 lead. Scheetz, Velazquez and Blanco all had scoreless outings in relief as the Skeeters wrapped up the 3-2 win.

Note: Siri is hitting .354 with 31 RBI in 20 games.


AA: Corpus Christi Hooks (11-12) OFF


A+: Asheville Tourists (12-11) OFF


A: Fayetteville Woodpeckers (9-15) OFF
