Another day of minor league action in the books. See the results below.

AAA: Round Rock Express (42-29) OFF


AA: Corpus Christi Hooks (33-38) lost 7-3 (BOX SCORE)

Abreu started and pitched well early on going 5 scoreless innings. He came back out for the 6th and allowed 2 runs, which both scored after he left. He struck out 6 in 5.1 innings. Robinson put the Hooks on the board in the 2nd with an RBI single. In the 3rd they got another run on a Stassi RBI groundout. Goetzman would tie the game at 3 in the 6th with an RBI single. The bullpen allowed 5 runs though as they lost 7-3.

Note: Abreu has 71 K in 52 innings this season.


A+: Fayetteville Woodpeckers (31-38) OFF


A: Quad Cities River Bandits (43-23) OFF


A-: Tri-City ValleyCats (1-4) lost 12-6 (BOX SCORE)
