AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (62-34) won 7-3 (BOX SCORE)
Blubaugh started for Sugar Land but lasted just 2 innings allowing 3 runs. In the bottom of the 2nd, the Space Cowboys got on the board on a Berryhill RBI single. Sugar Land took the lead in the 5th scoring 5 runs on a Hamilton solo HR and Whitcomb grand slam. Wagner added an RBI single in the 7th. The pen was great tossing 7 scoreless innings as they closed out the 7-3 win.

Mancini got the start for the Hooks and pitched well allowing 4 runs, though just 1 earned, over 6 innings while striking out 4. The offense got on the board in the 6th on a Cole RBI triple. Santa allowed 1 run over 2 innings but the offense was unable to score again as gthe Hooks fell 5-1.

Asheville got on the board in first inning on a leadoff HR from Cruz. They got another run in the 4th on a Fisher solo HR. Nezuh got the start making his High-A debut and allowed 2 runs over 4.2 innings with 6 strikeouts. In the 5th inning, Asheville got 2 more solo HRs from Johnson and Baez to extend the lead. Batista allowed 3 runs in relief as the Grass Hoppers took the lead In the 9th, Johnson tied the game on a solo HR. In the bottom of the 11th, the Grass Hoppers walked it off with a walk-off grand slam.

Brito made his Single-A debut and struck out 7 over 3.1 innings allowing 1 run. He was relieved by Leach who went 2.2 scoreless innings. In the 8th, the Woodpeckers tied things up on a Hernandez RBI single. The game went to extras and despite Sanchez pitching really well, he allowed a run in the 10th as the Woodpeckers fell 2-1.
