AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (27-15) won 5-2 (BOX SCORE)
Sugar Land got on the board in the 3rd inning scoring 3 runs on a Leon RBI double, Whitcomb RBI single and Hensley RBI double. They got another run in the 4th on an Amaya RBI groundout. Blubaugh started for Sugar Land and was great allowing 1 unearned run over 5.1 innings while striking out 8. Hummel added a little insurance in the 7th with a solo HR. The bullpen closed it out with Suero picking up the save.
Note: Blubaugh has a 3.66 ERA this season.

The Hooks got on the board in the second inning on a Barber solo HR. They got another run in the 3rd inning on a Corona RBI single. In the 4th inning, Correa added a 2 run double. Ullola started for the Hooks and pitched really well allowing 1 run over 5.2 innings while striking out 6. The Hooks added 3 more runs in the 7th on a Melton RBI double, Price bases loaded walk and Correa sac fly. Torres and Gomez closed it out as the Hooks won 8-1.

Asheville got on the board in the first on a Cerny RBI single. Urias started for the Tourists but struggled allowing 6 runs over 5 innings. Perez tossed 2 scoreless in relief but the offense struggled the rest of the way as Asheville dropped game one 6-1.

The offense came to play in game two. Williams started off with a leadoff homer in the first. The offense would continue the scoring in the first with 6 more runs on RBI singles from Encarnacion, Guillemette, and Sherwin, and a 3 run double from Williams. They score 4 more in the 2nd inning on a Sherwin bases loaded walk and an Encarnacion 3 run double. Guedez started and allowed 1 run over 5 innings of work. Carrasco closed it out with 2 scoreless innings.

Nezuh got the start for the Woodpeckers and pitched really well allowing 1 run over 5 innings while striking out 6. The offense got on the board in the 4th on an Ochoa RBI single. They took the lead in the 6th on a Gomez 2 run single. In the 7th, the offense picked up 3 runs on a Casserilla 2 run single and Bush RBI single. Pecko closed it out allowing 1 run over the final 4 innings of the game.
