Astros Minor League Recap: September 29th, 2021

The AAA affiliate is the only team in action left. See their results below.

AAA: Sugar Land Skeeters (73-53) lost 5-1 (BOX SCORE)

Donato started for the Skeeters and pitched well allowing just 2 runs over 6 innings of work. The bullpen allowed a few runs as the Express extended their lead to 5-0. Lee added an RBI double in the bottom of the 9th to put the Skeeters on the board but that was all they would get as they dropped this one 5-1.

Note: Jones it hitting .331 in Triple-A.
