They scored 2 more in the 6th on a Reed sac fly and Sierra RBI double. The Express entered the 8th down 8-5 but scored 3 runs on a Sierra RBI groundout and Ritchie 2 run single. Tanielu capped off the good offensive day with a walk-off RBI single for the 9-8 win.

Note: Tanielu is hitting .467 with 4 HR, 18 RBI over his last 10 games.

AA: Corpus Christi Hooks (31-33) lost 2-1 (BOX SCORE)

Bukauskas started for the Hooks and was dominant. He went 6 innings allowing just 1 run and struck out 10. Another start in the right direction him. The Hooks lone run came on a wild pitch in the 6th which made it 1-1. The game went to extras and Arkansas was able to win on a walk-off in the 10th.

Note: Bukauskas has a 3.13 ERA with 54 K in 43 innings over his last 9 outings.

A+: Fayetteville Woodpeckers (29-36) won 1-0 (BOX SCORE)

Conine started for the Woodpeckers and dominated tossing 6 scoreless innings with 7 strikeouts. Fayetteville only scored 1 run, which came on a solo HR from Schreiber in the 2nd inning. This was enough though as Rosado and Billingsley both had scoreless outings to close it out.
