The second run came on a De La Cruz RBI groundout in the 2nd. Donato got the start but struggled only retiring two batters while allowing 3 runs. Rosado and Sanabria both allowed runs in their outings but Paredes tossed 3 scoreless in the losing effort.

Note: Manea is 4-for-9 with 2 HR so far this season.

A: Quad Cities River Bandits (1-3) lost 5-3 (BOX SCORE)

Conine made his season debut striking out 9 over 5 innings, but also allowed 4 runs. The offense for the River Bandits has been struggling and only managed 3 runs yesterday. They scored these runs on a Schreiber 2 run HR in the 4th and a Valdez RBI single in the 7th. Ruppenthal allowed 1 run over 3 innings in relief but the offense was unable to mount a comeback.
